Function space includes two casual meeting areas, the largest seating 20 people. 

The quiet location in undulating hills and woodlands just one hour from downtown Toronto affords guests an opportunity to "de-stress" and re-connect with one another. There are two meeting spaces: the inn dining room (which seats up to 20), and the Seasonal Solarium (which seats up to 8).  The intimate environment of HighFields means that a business group can arrange exclusive use of meeting facilities.

HighFields does not provide meeting equipment. Groups may bring their own equipment with them.

Cost per person:  lunch $25.00, morning and/or afternoon breakout $8.00 per person, per breakout, plus taxes and dining gratuities.

If all (8) overnight accommodations are booked, there is no charge for the use of the dining room.

If Day Meeting only, there is a room rental fee of $200.00.
