 The Perry Room is a pleasant meeting room with a view of the inn's front gardens. A comfortable, historic ambience is provided through carefully chosen decor and a fireplace. The room is suitable for board meetings up to12 in size. Breakout space is available in the Green Room (a dining room that can be made separate) or in the European-style lounge and bar.

 The main dining room combines historic ambiance with such European accents as Italian linens, English wool carpets and silver stemware. The menu, too, is inspired by the best traditions of northern Italy and French Mediterranean cuisine, but with abundant use of fresh local ingredients. The Woodlawn Inn is particularly proud of its extensive wine lists, and the inn specializes in the wines of Europe and California. Innkeeper Stephen Della Casa is a professional sommelier and delights in choosing perfect wine pairings for guests. Wine tasting events and menus with specially selected wines are popular with business groups.

Woodlawn Inn has a long history of providing hospitality to the business community. This red-brick home was constructed in 1835 for prominent businessman Ebenezer Perry, who used the formal Regency architecture to establish his stature in United Empire Loyalist Cobourg. The modern Woodlawn specializes in hosting business meetings and banquets, corporate social functions and in providing accommodations appointed for business travellers. Hospitality is provided in English, French, German and Italian.
